The company is named after its Director & Founder, Mr Krishnat Shahu Powar , who had started civil construction as an individual proprietary firm in 1988. He later converted the business into a proprietary firm in the name of M/s. K.S. Power .His sons , Mr. Akshay Krishnat Powar and Mr. Harshad Krishnat Powar, joined hands with him as a partnesr, and this association led the organization to scale greater heights. In 2012–2014, gradually it became a force to reckon with, and the increase in business volume made it imperative to convert the proprietary firm into a Private Limited Company.Hence, all activities were transferred to a new company, which was registered in 2022, in the name of KSP Alliance Pvt. Ltd.
